Cancellation Policy: Customer cancellations or rescheduling need to occur 48 hours before your scheduled departure to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. In the event that we are able to subsequently fill your time slot you may be eligible for an additional refund.

Weather related cancellations will only be made by the Captain and can occur anytime up until departure. Rest assured our goal is to make your trip safe and enjoyable and we will base cancellation decisions with only those two criteria in mind.
